The company is ready to train freshers even though their studies were not related to marketing and sales and there is no preference for senior sales executive so my colleagues are in my same age and experience so it will be helpful to learn new things easier and they will friendly

Dislikes

Work pressure is very high daily you should work for more than 12hours and somedays I have to work for more than 14hours and the salary they providing is too low for the work they are getting from us. Managers won't value our work even though I received many appreciations from my clients, it goes unnoticed during my compensation and salary increments

My working is very challenging I have to follow my clients and make them to buy my product is my primary work and added with that I had to promote my companies name to the city because it's a newly opened showroom these are the main two things I had done
