this company revolves around false promises, mis commitments, and there is no room for skill development if you dare to give any suggestions they will react as if they know much more than you, never open to any suggestions, and forget about the culture because they treat the employee as a liability no policy for leaves and they didn't give any GIFT in Diwali or Holi,

For trainers and teachers, it's a great place to start their careers as they pay well and on time. There is a sense of team work and there is access to good resources and infrastructures. There is ample of opportunities to develop their skills in various aspects.

Dislikes

There is issue of favouritism. The management generally understaffed which can cause miscommunication between the management, teachers and students. The compensation is based on performance. Plus there is a push for their products. The marketing focuses on being only brand that exist. As customers, they really don't care the brand as much as the functionality.
