I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. It was my first company so gained alot of experience and a platform to learn.

Dislikes

But there are no festival holidays and even need to work on holidays. Along with that there is bond system, I broke that bond due to some personal reasons and now they are not giving me my experience letter or any of the document that shows my experience. Overall: good company if you have nothing in your hand.

Their services are free for job seekers, and because of this many a time, job seekers do promise to remain present for an interview but at the last moment they do not appear. This leaves the team and the company in an embarrassing situation.
