Working at Propshop always had been a great opportunity. Mostly what i liked about the company is that I got an opportunity to learn and developed my learning skills, enhanced my confident towards achieving the objectives, friendly environment and supportive leader and boss.

Dislikes

Being part of such good organisations, I did not face much problem, however considering the present scenario of covid 19, company has to reduce the certain percentage of the salary and cut down of the incentive.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting. In the beginning, I had to struggled a bit as there was no formal training session. I learnt and enhanced my knowledge and skills, got an opportunity to work with different industries alongside clients.

Work timings: Flexible Timings

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
