It was the place where I first started to work and it was really great. I wish there were more industries/institutes that would implement the same workplace culture and philosophy.

Dislikes

I wouldn't describe anything as displeasing or inefficient from my side, however, I believe it would really help the school if it had more employees since there aren't enough good employees left.

Work Details

It was equally divided with sufficient amount of breaks and very low pressure from your seniors. You start to feel like a part of a family once you get acquainted to their culture and ethics. All the employees are extremely helpful and support

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
