Likes

My teammates were superb. The unity and cooperation was really good. The good part was the seniors that were extra cooperative And friendly.

Dislikes

The problem was with the budget. Everything was good except the budget and expenses that we made. The expenses were first made by the seniors from their own pockets and then the letter for budget release were sent to chairman. That took a long time.

Work Details

It was exciting and creative and created a lot of exposure.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
