It gives false hope to job seekers that they had tied up with multiple MNC companies as a recruiting company and ask them to pay an initial deposit of 199 and then after payment, they ask to join a class for what to do for the next process. after joining they will tell you all should join all the other people we will give you the details and make them join and earn a commission. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
