After school experience when I joined English Route I learnt a lot as it was open to innovation and adopts latest technology.i love the fact that I have got freedom to express my creative ideas. This is the place where language is taught the way the learners want to learn not the way teachers want to teach. Various modalities like drama,dance,story, gardening, cooking... are used to teach language....Read More

I design Curriculum for pre primary and lower primary classes ,train teachers in lesson planning and resources making. I also do teachers appraisal twice a year. I also handle training session for adults and young adults and for different abled student
