I totally appreciate the learning process, but I would say the work life balance is zero, late hours, weekends working. But if one wants to intially kick start their career, can consider going there. But life and culture is very is sad here.

No politics bcz after every two month ppl keep on changing as the iteration rate is super high like in 4 months 16ppl resigned so no politics and you get nice n bubbly ppl as they work on intern basis only

Dislikes

No hierarchy is there and no values for ur experience and educational qualifications. They expect you to do everything and anything in the sake of learning like a marketing person will be doing designing and operational work also n vice versa.most importantly they won’t pay you as per market standards
