working with TCT was really awesome but I believe they should make separate departments for every position and give job responsibilities according to position. Don’t merge Job responsibilities. And make properly shifts according to designation and position

I feel don’t merge any department and their positions. Every department has there timings and skills. Hire people according to their skills and use them in same field.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
