I enjoy working at TestoMeter Pvt. Ltd. because it has been a great learning journey for me. I've developed many valuable skills with the support of the team here. The environment is positive, and the staff is always helpful and encouraging, making every day productive and enjoyable.

Dislikes

While I appreciate working at TestoMeter Pvt. Ltd., one area that could be improved is that team meetings can occasionally run longer than necessary, which affects workflow. Streamlining them could make things more efficient. overall experience and productivity for the team.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
