There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues, basically Team leader dominate. No value of your talent. Management listen what team leader report them. Everything depends on team leader, any Employee can get growth if he is close to him either he don't have any skills though, he will get responcebility. Doesn't matter he is not talented even though, he will get quarterly rewards, position, rating, appraisal. All escalation will be removed of the person who is close to team leader. But on another hand if Team leader do have issue with someone surely, he will reach to the PIP. Despite of having talent, great in skills, quality work. All will go useless, he will be harassed by Team leader every day....Read More

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
