Work-life balance (Depends on how you take it). Quality of work highly depends upon which project you are in. Very chill environment, you will normally see whole bay not on their seats. You will get a lot of free time depends on you how you use it.

Dislikes

Very bad place for Freshers. No training. No growth. Don't even imagine you will raise ranks as there are many people who spend like 10+ years in same company and knows nothing to be your manager. No challenging work. Mostly Desktop environment. No work from home for most. You have to be a bootlicker to get good salary hikes. Politics are a normal day to day thing here. You just can't stay out.

I work as a Java Web Service Developer. Core java Spring Boot CoreMy daily routine is to fix bugs and develop features and minor changes in code base. Once in month if you are luck you will get something challenging to do.

The facts I like about this company is that work life balance is nice.My colleagues has come from different cultural background and we work happily in collaboration.I am part of a team that follows agile methodology .As a result ,I get to interact with product owner in daily scrumthat makes me clear vision of my daily tasks assigned to me.

Career growth and opportunities are average.There is no on-job training for freshers hence seniors have to guide me step by step I do receive appreciation mails for my work,but they do unnoticed during my mid-year appraisal.

Genuinely speaking ,As a developer I work on changing requirements into the product that come from the product owner.So I need to work again on the same task to fulfill the changing requirements of product,so sometimes boring and slightly repititive.

The company is not good for freshers who want to opt their career in development as in this company there is no development, only support, and testing is there. The main thing is that you have to work on Oracle Tools like UIM, ASAP, OSM etc, which requires training and there is no one in the company who can provide you training on these tools.
