The good thing is that they do not shy on spending money on employees. You'll have multiple team party funds provided in a same year, diwali gifts, snack parties in the office every month and much more.

Dislikes

Just like other call centers, there's favoritism problem that affects promotion and growth of deserving employees. Some people in the management have autonomy in the process making it difficult for people to raise their voice if something wrong is happening. Everything was good ,seniors were supportive ,login hours was justified never more than 9 hours including 1 hour break.

Dislikes

It was a contractual job and there was no any chance to get permanent. Either after giving excellent interviews they didn't hire for permanent profile... It was just like they are giving opportunity to count on finger tips and they had make sure that nobody get permanent.

Dislikes

very bad management system, specially yengkhom sanamacha singh team leader and operation manager rohit mishra. If you are working in this company then forget to take any leave in case of any emergency.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
