Nothing anymore except my team head is understanding and adjustable towards team

Irrespective of time and efforts there's no sort of appreciation for the work we do instead are questioned for some petty things. Inconsiderate towards their employees

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
