There is a skill development training called TOPS, which is amazing. It really helps in skill development and performance improvement.

Terminate people at all the levels like anything. Attrition is always high due to poor work culture and no ethics. Internal employee satisfaction survey are pitched by seniors and asked to be given in the presence of seniors, sometimes HR manager and head including service delivery head ask associates to do it in their presence. Teleperformance is such a good company but not Kolkata site.
Dislikes
Kolkata centre is worst centre of TP. Specially quality domain is full of favouritism and oiling buttering domain. If you can't do as@ licking of your manager then even if you are good performer you would never get appreciated and promotion.
To get the promotion you have to do Daaru Party with your senior, you must be a GIRL if youare not good in licking. That girl also should be comfortable in all scenarios if she want to get promotion.
For promotion they only choose their fav person and even he or she is not able to say anything during interview then also they would be selected only.
If not then that IJP would be cancel and fresh IJP would be roll out for them only.
