Work culture is good until you score good and met all requirements if not met they will show you the real face and keep pressuring until you met there requirement also the manager don't know how to talk to there employees treating them like a trash keep forcing to change employee department or they give threats of termination

Salary is low and work pressure is high they keep pressuring until you leave the job and do not give leave as per your need even if someone is really sick in the family they do not grant leave keep tangled in there talk like you can do everything in 15k

Worst experience ever!! I think you should only consider working here if you have got NO OPTIONS and you NEED a job, otherwise please don’t consider working here at any other cost. These people have the worst management system and the seniors over here, i.e. the directors, hr or managers are so rude and inconsiderate. They won’t improve their process or management but if you make a single mistake they will manipulate and force you to put a resignation or fire you. Nobody takes accountability for any inconvenience. I did not chose to work here myself, I was in a well reputed and a very good company but due to business decision my company handed over the entire process to tp, we were not getting proper salary we were promised for, and when we used to raise this the only thing we got to hear that “it has been raised and we are working on it” we did not receive proper salary in any of the months since we shifter over here. Any of the policies over here are not in our benefit, you will feel like you are in a jail. It’s very exhausting and draining working over here.
