The wrost HR and the IT team. they took 5 days for simple updation of the software that led me to come to the team on regular basis just to sit and listen to theier excuses. No one takes responsibility its bad than the government hospital. please try to gain more skill and find any other organization 🙏

Little bit I can say job security if you are not on contract paper. I think Teleperformance Mohali Punjab location is good compared to Teleperformance Bangalore. I know corporate politics is everywhere.

Most worst management they always provide fake promises no coordination is there between the management and the management don't think we are human they think we are robot who can work 24 hrs without any battery.They also ruined the personal life and professional life both...so be careful before joining teleperformance kolkata for any process, specially Tataplay.

First of all I really like this name tag of company "teleperformance " , the building, the area . It' s a wonderful place to work from recruitment area where they are supportive - especially their nice behaviour and nice treatment -to -training room ( trainer -nice bonding as a friend) to each and every member on the floor. And on the floor there are team of members like the manager and all inspiring leadership (nice soft decent nature) I like their values about life and qa that really supported me. Kolkata centre is worst centre of TP. Specially quality domain is full of favouritism and oiling buttering domain. If you can't do as@ licking of your manager then even if you are good performer you would never get appreciated and promotion. To get the promotion you have to do Daaru Party with your senior, you must be a GIRL if youare not good in licking. That girl also should be comfortable in all scenarios if she want to get promotion. For promotion they only choose their fav person and even he or she is not able to say anything during interview then also they would be selected only. I don't like this company as such it sucks but the process I worked in starting it was heaven but after the new maneger it become hell for ever employee.

Company's manager are very toxic and manipulating in nature. They will tell that you'll get the promotion and then after afterwards start ploting politics between employees.

nothing, work is easy but it is made difficult by doing nitpicking in your work if you take stand for yourself on logical points and as per policy. but yes salary comes on time on the last day of the month but if you get late then it is upto your manager if thinks then he may mark it as half day. it doesn’t happen generally anywhere. and they split your weekoffs and they sometimes give you difficult cases of others to you in which you may have escalations....Read More
