I'll be very honest as I've left the job and have got a better opportunity. I can't say anything about the other branches of teleperformance in other states but the teleperformance dibs in Kolkata is the worst place to work. I've worked there for 2 years tried my best not to leave this because I wanted to grow there.. but worst partis about employees..the management or the policy won't care about the employees.
1. They won't give you any official email where you can raise your concern.
2. The policy keeps on changing where employees can be terminated due to the so called performance even your work quality is good but still they'll find a way to remove you no matter how loyal you are.
3. Any change in the policy will remain a secret because it's passed verbally because employees won't get email address so they cannot be updated.
4. The management can make a policy just like that by verbally passing an "order" and everyone is to follow.
5. Worst thing they did was terminating many employees during the covid and cancelled pick up/drop facility to existing employees..they offered only one way pick up or drop if it's night shift. Take it or leave it.
6. No matter how well learned you are regarding the process your interview is done by the mostly uneducated support staff who don't understand logical answer.
7. If you raise your voice for inhumane treatment like unhygienic condition in office during pandemic, oh boy you're gone... they'll have you terminated by any other "means".
8. Again you can't raise or ask questions if you're terminated without any reason because you don't have the email. According to the HR only higher authorities can have an official email address..not us who are "agents"
9. This company always discriminate. Even security guard thinks he's more powerful and don't know how to show respect to new hired..some guards are good.
