They shift u in new process, and if u not clear the OJT then they throughout from the company.. wow isn’t disgusting.. I didn’t apply for new process they just give names of agents that you guys have interview.. clear it.. after clearing, training, OJT.. if u not clear OJT u r out from the company.. is this fair ?

There is a lot of mismanagement, you can get on high position only if you are good at buttering (chamchagiri). Problems of employees are not heard by the management, extra working hours are taken from new employees in the name of new commers. The trainer talks badly when new employees asks questions. Female trainers get jealous of good new employees and make them fail training test unnecessarily and do not provide any help or support after that. Very poor experience i have ever had in my life...they are not hiring employees they hire labours who will have to work every single day including yout week days.....TL treats you like they have purchased you and ask to whatever they want and whenever......i had to left that job onky because of these thing not a single person come to ask about our issues they fools you as they are giving incentives which never comes....
