Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a cafeteria for chilling. Company policies are good.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 1 year before which you cannot resign. There no job security my process was going Swift other site of TP, and they submitted my resignation letter, after some struggle with company they transfer meother process and location, and that process training time i failed in ZHA test and they said i need to submit resignation letter because they don't have any other requirement....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
