Need to evolve as an employee centric organisation. Employee centricity should be equal for every employee irrespective of designations. Leadership should stop racism and regionalism. This is very ridiculous if a leader passes racist comments. Need to believe in "One team with One dream" ideology.

It gives you room for learning and developing your skills. Higher management are concerned about grooming their managers to become good leaders.

Dislikes

Appraisals are tricky like any other company and i am currently working at indore location which is 6 days a week and maintaining balance between personal and professional life becomes challenging.

Work Details

The work is BAU, any operations requires staffing, maintaining sls, controlling shrinkages and attrition most importantly. Its 6 days a week which is a little hard on your personal life. Learning is amazing and leaders are always coaching.
