It is the worst company any one can ever work in. The most terrible con is that the company never pays on time. They would always keep 1-2 month's salary pending. The upper level management never agrees on a definite POA, engineers are made to to like hell, they castigate people for the slightest of mistakes, cuts salary (which is again delayed most of the time by 1-2 months) for taking a leave, never pay any incentive and the list goes on. Basically it's a proprietary company and it runs on the owner's whims. The owner is only concerned about his own money. Only good thing is that, being a small company, it offers a multi department learning opportunity for freshers....Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
