The firm doesn't consider the fact that articleship is a learning process and don't let all the students have the exposure to all the fields. I was one among them who was completely into an Bank audit which will not add any betterment to me. There were further 10-12 students who were struggling like me. On the other hand, some working at the berhampur branch gets a chance to do all the Internal and statuory audits of companies. I was no less qualified compared to them but I was treated poorly. Just hate it and don't recommend anyone to join the firm....Read More
