Company think only for their benefits. They didn't provide our salary from last more than 1 year. All of employees went many time for our salary but they didn't care. So it's one of worst IT company.

Dislikes

Atmosphere, selfie nature of HR and CEO. they don't have self respect too.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
