starting work in technofour as a fresher is breakthrough to the career, instead of saying training period, it would be better to say 'learn and deliver' from very first day after joining, working environment is excellent as u are getting chance to keep your views in front seniors, only general shift is there.

You perform or don't perform, the increament is same to all. The accountability of performance is not there... I have enjoyed working as I shouldered the responsibility of other departments as well...helped me in developing my ownership and leadership skills..
