Working at technoex trading was a good experience , teammates are very supportive and understanding, boss is very knowledgable person technically as well as in business , job security is less because it is still a growing company and still some benefits like medical , travel policy , leave policy has to be cleared which are lagging in this company. As far as career growth you can learn a lot of things in the field of compressors because they are trading for hitachi and the product is one of the best in the field of compressors. Salary growth is on a lesser side, but its a performance based company , if you work you can get a huge hike also. Work life balance is fine as the boss is cool....Read More
