Likes

Training and full job security my career growth and salary/ appraisal, working time travelling provide, work environment, innovation, work-life balance etc.

Salary - Good
Skill development - Good
Company culture - Good
Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 12 hours straight in a day as I have to attend patient calls in the evening and sometimes.

Promotions - Poor

Work Details

Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire patient and life cycle as well as manage I will get recognized for all this effort.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
