You may learn a lot if you want to but it become very difficult for you to learn because people on various position don't let you learn.

1. Salary is very low and never credited on time 2. Appraisal is very difficult to get due to their policy and even if they provide you then they made you cry for your incremented salary and ariary. Even some time they deny to give and only give 10-20% 3. Its very difficult to get you own earned leave 4. No work life balance they will asked you work till 8 pm. 5. CEO and his wife so called hr director don't understand humanity they are like make things do later first complete your work. Even you are sick or their is some family emergency. 6. Ceo can shout at you any time and he mandatory start shouting on you before and after the salary time 7. Even they can provide you your fnf amount and bonus even you left the organization. list is so long. 8.
