Interview preparation tips for other job seekers - is there any company who doesn't know their Hiring process, well Techbridge have that quality i completed my online assignment on August 20, 2024 and then an online interview that is technical on August 22, 2024 here also they hadn't get an idea so they conducted one F2F round which seems like no issues for me then i attended in-office interview on August 24, 2024. Since then they hadn't tell me the feedback and if i am reminding her on alternate days they keep posting me that your profile is on hold without any reason at the end while i cant able to wait so i have to mailed out Managing HR, then i got reply after 12 days that my profile is not shortlisted. whats the meaning of this i didn't get means i am clearing all rounds first then second then on f2f which i still remember it was best interviewer told me when i asked about feedback, overall you can clear all rounds but you cant get a position and payal doesnt have any relevant reason for that. worst experience of interview, may be they called me so HRs can get their training because they actually not want to hire or according to them even you pass all round but you will not be a perfect candidate
