Dislikes

They don’t have projects. Still they hire people’s. They put you on bench till one month after that forced you to put down your paper. Your repotting manager change randomly in the system.

Till now liked the work from home. New CEO came in and made compulsory WFO now from which 90% of the employees are not liking it and few are dropped the papers and few are planning to drop the papers.

Dislikes

Thy ll bring the client even by not check thy have the skillsful employees or not. Then higher management put lot of pressure on employees. Even those high management doesn't know anything. Worst culture, No proper hike. Thy will give 2-5 % and thy feels like thy have 50%. Higher management is too toxic and doesn't knw how to speak with der employees.
