Really bad at compensations and appraisals. Work Satisfaction and Salary & Benefits are directly proportional to each other, if you do a job and if you get the right compensation for that, that is when you get completely satisfied for the job you did and that can newer be expected working in tech mahnidra.

its my 16 active month in TechM joined as the Customer support associate with in 3 months of time moved to Level 2 and after spending a month got promoted again as Subject matter expert (Level 3) all based on performance and punctuality and support i got.
