My team leader was v.good she use be in support of associate.

Dislikes

Working hours was 9hrs including lunch break for 1hr. But dey don't give 1hr for lunch break. Hardly dey give 15mnt break in 9hrs. Stupid targets. Which is not at all possible. And AM will force to resign by self. And do OT. e1 Dey won't pay for OT. while hiring dey for OT per hour 100rs dey give. But it's false. If login hr not met dey will deduct the salary.

Tech Mahindra is overall a Massive company but BPO sector specially WCOM (Vi) is totally a headache for Agents because they didn't even treat his Employee as well being. Many of my colleagues came office at sharp 09:00 AM but they left the company at 9:00PM night. Totally a headache job

Company is just ok iam complete my notice in tech Mahindra in vizag branch I done my work complete 30 days but they provide the salary to after 45 days 6000 rs when iam asking to hr department and tl there not responding proper why iam asking hr who told u to ask me iam not responsible ur salary they saying this type of answer
