I genuinely have nothing to say here.
This company feels like a lawsuit waiting to happen. My partner waited six weeks without pay because "somebody forgot to submit bank details." Go through 3 weeks of "training" (somebody talking at you from 9-5, 5 days a week, questions going unanswered, completely clueless trainers) only to get onto the live floor and not have yourlogin details for the required systems, you'd think after almost a month of working they'd have your work systems ready for you but no. Absolutely no communication within the company, I resigned and after my notice period was over, I was receiving calls and emails about my "job abandonment" told them I'd resigned and was met with "first we've heard of it." Months later, and I am still receiving emails from the company about "references not approved" and "security check incomplete" despite the fact that I have relayed my resignation multiple times, just to get the same email from the same person the next week. Really suspicious pay cycle, they pay "a week in arrears" claiming that because payroll is in another country, it takes too long to process pay properly. I've worked for a different company where payroll was overseas and never had this issue. Seems to be exclusive to Tech M. Never met my team leaders, never knew who my superiors were except for an exceptionally incompetent "trainer." Promised that after training we would WFH, finish training and suddenly we're WFH in 3 months, the next day we're WFH in 3 weeks, the day after that we're moving to a different office location and nobody is WFH. Tech Mahindra peoples like manager team leaders and SME are best and Very friendly. The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada. Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. In tech Mahindra,Bank of Baroda process was heavily skewed in favor of people from Kerala, which might have made it difficult for non-Keralite employees to fit in or be treated fairly. This can create a very uncomfortable and even discriminatory atmosphere, especially when people are judged or treated differently based on their regional background. Not a good company, I am on my notice period when I spoke to the team about the resignation, rather than asking me the reason for leaving they started cribbing about their problems. If a feedback is shared with the manager about any ongoing issue they say it's a new set up and request to adjust. Incase of any human error from our side they start with their professional talks.

I did not like company culture much. Siloed working and its always about delivery thats all. Typical bossism culture and upline management hardly cares about employee skill development. It is just about revenue, ebidta and thats all. No employee engagement
