Every organization has areas for improvement, and at Tech Mahindra, one challenge I’ve observed is project deadlines being tight at times, frequent changes in requirements, or work-life balance during peak projects. However, I understand that this is part of a dynamic work environment, and the company does provide opportunities to manage these challenges effectively

Dislikes

So much politics, and no more hikes and no more promotions in 3 yeaars. They will deduct money in salaary if the share price is falling down. In my offfice, even free coffe/ tea is not there.

In tech Mahindra,Bank of Baroda process was heavily skewed in favor of people from Kerala, which might have made it difficult for non-Keralite employees to fit in or be treated fairly. This can create a very uncomfortable and even discriminatory atmosphere, especially when people are judged or treated differently based on their regional background. The fact that there was high pressure to perform, combined with difficulties in getting leave or proper shifts, seems like a very challenging situation. Pathetic Politics of Higher Management which promotes favoritism, Useless RMGs & WFM team who never ever work, Without intimation they will release from projects, which is against the Organizational Policies but NO HR will Q' it. LOW Salaries and No Hikes. Tool Allocations, Mail Allocations won't prove your assignment on Projects. Shameless & Silent Layoffs with No reasons.

There is nothing to like in tech Mahindra no one will support the agents on floor if there's any TL who supports agents the management will target them and force them to resign.

There is no work life balance, They won't even consider you as human they will treat you like slave_s. They won't even give you leaves even if you are sick and have n number of leaves in your bucket. All they need is work, after going through all of this they won't even give a decent hike and promotions to there employees. Very toxic culture. They will make you work for 8.5 hours only 1 hour is your break they won't let you extend it for even 3 min not even for bio breaks...Read More
