Management needs to be transparent and honest. In Netgear, they use to gift amazon coupon on sale of service, but they will count your sale and keep your coupon pending for next 2-3 months. On complaint, Senior most manger told that he used to get information, that the employee is getting coupon in a week. HR, not want to disrespect anyone but this is very important for the company as well as individuals growth. The HR really doesn't know anything, or may be she knows everything because she is the real culprit like some other, that's why she don't have answer for salary deduction, coupon pending.

It being honoured to work with Tech mahindra. In lockdown company recommended us to stay at home and help us our financial crisis during lockdown. I am from ladakh but i am very far way from home but i never decided to quit techmahindra with any reason.
