Working for client Cisco. And the work culture is very nice, no work pressure at all so maintaining personal life nicely. My delivery manager and project manager are very very nice guys. They are very supportive in nature related to wprk issues and all. The best thing I could say that, the trainings on new technologies for freshers as well for experienced are quite good as compare to other companies....Read More

Dislikes

Compensation is not that much satisfactory. If I work for weekend Production support activity no extra compensation but comp off we can take for that.

Exciting work experience as I'm working for one of the world's best company Cisco systems Inc.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I've been working as a QA in Tech Mahindra for almost 3 years now. Total experiences around eight years. I got a job in a new organisation for 20 lakhs fixed, but it's Night Shift. I'm just wondering if I choose Money over health and night shift or just take the new job and get out of the organisation for after one year. My Current CTC is 15L and Work Life balance is Awesome in TechM
