Management is bias.... i met with an accident but the management blamed me for the crack in my bone as i went to work for two days even when i wasn't able to walk .... i was saving unplanned for my team leader and nobody supported me , even the HR are pathetic

was a pleasure being with the reputed firm and would have love to continue for a long run but due to unwanted situations, had to leave. Its been a great experience to work under great managers with their guidance. looking forward to re-join the firm if get a chance anytime.....

Dislikes

Some tls do favorism which is not ethical and the managers also favor them , it affects the executive who is working honestly..
