Tech Mahindra is secure pace to work good culture management. I like the company policies

Dislikes

Training program is very good, job security yes I gree, Salary/appraisal not much good. Work life I used to work around 12 hours in project. Managers and team is not able to understand employee problems

Work Details

I would like to say TechMahindra is good place to work for short time , if you work more than 3 years you will not get good appraisal .

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
