I'm just wondering if I choose Money over health and night shift or just take the new job and get out of the organisation for after one year. I like the work time flexibility in Tech Mahindra.

Dislikes

I felt that there exists no voice for employees. If we reveal anything about the manager, ofcourse we need to face the consequences as management always support manager. Also, we do not get any opportunity to develop our skills and in turn no career growth. Compensation and salary increment are very less and no bonus/motivational rewards will be provided.

Work Details

I worked as a Project Coordinator in TechM. I manage the projects from end to end and do cross country projects. Though I worked with clients and delivered good service, I didn't get an opportunity to visit client office because of internal politics.

Work related travel: This job involves International Travel.
