I am working with Microsoft on TechM payroll, and opted Work from home option. Plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural background and we work together happily. Pay package is as per industry standard.

Its more of a company with culture developed straight out of the likes of FMCG , hotel industry etc. So if you are good at socializing and using the levers across different domains of people, you are in for a treat as networking works more than anything. You also get to work for a brand which eventually sets up a launching pad for you
