Salaries were very less but the work load was too high and they don’t even allow to take half day leave and environment it’s more like sales person they don’t even treat like associates they treat as a labour

Dislikes

The most dislike was work environment and the salaries and work life balance was worst. As per company policies the working hours was 9hrs per day but they used to make each and every person to stretch for extra 4hrs a day. This will happen atleast 2days a week we need to stretch there is no ethics or meaning of work life balance in tech mahindra.
