I have received offers from Mindgate(14fixed + 1 veriable) And TechM (12.6 fixed + 1.4 veriable). In mindgate veriable is yearly based on performance. In techM veriable is on monthly basis and it is not based of performance. Both are for similar role i.e. Java backend. Which company is better for career and growth

Nothing I liked while working in the tech mahindraa their is no proper response from the higher authority I left the job as per company norms and not received my experience letter and I asked them their is no proper resolution for it and I don't know what is the issue with you guy's to provide my experience letter

If u get a good team & the team Lead it ll be a cake walk. No big process to learn daily. It's an Australian Isp support nothing big.

Dislikes

Appraisal, Shift timings, politics & HR is really waste. U need to polish ur Leads shoe so that u ll get appraisal or move to next position
