its a good time working here and mainly during covid 19 wfh is a major role all our tls nd support staffs were in helping hands and ya its a big support from TECH M thanks a lot

compensation is decent but growth is a lit bit slower and all my team mates are so friendly and really its a great place to work and explore new things an really i have got good contats of people thanks to TECH M and coming to poltics ya theres polics every where on earth so thats not a big problem where i work and infrastracture and everything is cool

Nice place to work. Teammates are very supportive but the reporting managers are putting pressure on work and not at all supportive they want only their business to run continuously expect they don’t care about your health and whatever in tough situation you are the higher official should be supportive encouraging and motivating but never seen these type of things in them.

Tech Mahindra is such a company where you get good level of job security. Since I left the company just before lockdown, I cannot say anything about how they are taking care of employees in this pandemic situation.

Too late for hike and other promotions offerred. If these are paced up then it is a good company.
