Don't expect hikes every year. If anyone joins the organization with a good CTC (at par with the industry) can mostly survive for 2-3 years. Work pressure is too high No proper recognition even you got mutliple appreciations from customers. Appraisal system is just for record purpose. In e-commerce domain, they can't bag any good projects and even if they do clients will start to treat us extremely bad due to their mismanagement and inability of project deliverable.

It is the best organization of my life till now. It’s been more than 6 years now and i have received plenty of growth opportunities. Company cares for its employees and gives complete job security. One can rely on this organization. Work culture is awesome, number of parties in an year. Relaxing work environment for competent employees.

Some times due to long term projects we may sit in same technology for long time. But this could be with any organization.
