Work life balance but it depends on the project. Actually, everything depends on the project we get. Variable pay upto U4 will be credited to monthly salary.

Dislikes

Management will not have close interaction with employees, Though we get ACE, we were not given good hike. HR will listen to BU Heads and Managers they don't have the actual control.

In e-commerce domain, they can't bag any good projects and even if they do clients will start to treat us extremely bad due to their mismanagement and inability of project deliverable.

I had very good time at Tech Mahindra but in learning wise I didn't get much since they don't have good projects to work on.
