Hello All, I am currently working as a Senior Consultant with PwC since May 2022. I have an offer from Tech Mahindra of 20LPA (17.5 fixed) and currently I am in a package of 13LPA(11.69 fixed). Without training you have to give assignments, No job security I had a very bad time there just got lucky to get a new job on time. Forget about appraisals. Managers are worst. Even though I learnt new technology on my own these managers are killed my future
