Without training you have to give assignments, No job security I had a very bad time there just got lucky to get a new job on time. Forget about appraisals. Managers are worst. Even though I learnt new technology on my own these managers are killed my future

Good for people aged above 50 so that they can retire on same salary.

Dislikes

0% care about Employees. Yes, company heads are doing social work but have no time to realise that their own employees didn't get any hike from past 4 years. Hypocrisy at the highest. No career growth. Your seniors will put all efforts to bring you down and make sure that you never gets promoted. They would hire a person with 2x salary but refuse to give you even 1% hike. If you are at retirement then this is the company for you but if you want to grow in life then never join....Read More

Work life balance is pretty weak. You have to swipe for 9.5 hours. So clearly they don't care about your life and health. 9.5+ + transportation and if you do 8 hours sleep then you are left with no time to live your life.
