Tech Mahindra or PwC
Hello All,
I am currently working as a Senior Consultant with PwC since May 2022. I have an offer from Tech Mahindra of 20LPA (17.5 fixed) and currently I am in a package of 13LPA(11.69 fixed).
Total exp: 6 years as Business Analyst
Will it be a good decision to switch to Tech Mahindra or stay with PwC for longer term?
Need your guidance and help on deciding the same?
Thanks in advance

Getting over a 50% hike is a no brainer for me. But you need a thorough background check on the role and the culture you'll be going in. Connect with people on LinkedIn for this.

PWC is better ig. You can check if they are matching your offer and stay if they do.

Salaried individuals like us must keep an eye on better package, everything else is a trap designed to make you a perfect labour motivated enough to derail from their success path.
Go for it. If you got the opportunity now, you may get chance to switch from Mahindra as well.

Toxic Work Environment
Hi Everyone.I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

Imagine this: Your company's head suddenly turns into a wish-granting genie (magic lamp included)! But there’s a catch—you can only ask for ONE wish. 🤔My Wish:- 2 Months paid leave in a year :)or I’d wish for a ‘Boss Swap Day’ where employees get to be the CEO for 24 hours. Let’s see how the other side lives—power, perks, and all!" 😄Tell me your wishes below
