Training provided them is good.

Dislikes

Not much learning in real life project as they dont have quality projects under them. 90% of the projects are support or maintenance.

I join here as a fresher and learned a lot within the project. I liked the Team member and the project always miss them....you will get enough learning and support from the team members...

I've been working as a QA in Tech Mahindra for almost 3 years now. Total experiences around eight years. I got a job in a new organisation for 20 lakhs fixed, but it's Night Shift. I'm just wondering if I choose Money over health and night shift or just take the new job and get out of the organisation for after one year. My Current CTC is 15L and Work Life balance is Awesome in TechM
